Negative Feedback for eBaY

As most of you know, I sell some stuff on eBay. It is quite a nice sideline for a little extra bar money and I have even sold some stuff out here in India. They have just eliminated the ability for a seller to leave negative or neutral feedback. That means that they guy who did not pay for my camera (and bought the same model from someone else, gets no mark against him. Other sellers cannot see his status has been affected by a negative transaction, and effectively it leaves the seller at a loss. eBay takes about 5% of all of the sales and then paypal takes another 5%. As eBay makes most of its money from the sellers, you would think that it would be working to keep us happy and allow us to manage our customers in a fair an controlled manner. eBay takes about 5% of all of the sales and then paypal takes another 5%. Of course the buyer can still leave the seller negative feedback, meaning that if I ship an item and it gets lost by USPS then I get punished. (No where near as important as the poor dying puppies in India, but still something on my mind)
