I know it seems crazy, but with this we’re gaining a lot of things. Mainly rent at 2/3 the rate that we’re paying now. That’s a whole lotta dough! And we get to live about 30 feet from the Hudson river, 3 minutes from a scheduled MetroNorth that’s 20 minutes to Grand Central. But most importantly we’re not going to live off Myrtle Ave.

Above is the boardwalk that leads to the front door of our building which thankfully we’re on the ground floor of (below)

The building on the right is Peter Kelly’s restaurant Xaviers which is meant to be pretty fancy. He beat Bobby Flay in Iron Chef, so I’m a believer.
